- Wales is a priority region - they are really keen to see more Welsh applications.
- This fund is for one off capital improvements to existing buildings or new buildings.
- Projects can apply for between £30,000 - £150,000. If your total project was £300,000 they can only fund up to £150,000.
- Planning permission must be in place by 30-6-2018.
- There must be clear community benefit and ongoing sustainability with as broad a benefit as possible.
- You can apply if you have been previously turned down, or are currently holding a grant from their other funds.
- A 25 year lease must be in place.
- Registered charities or Charitable Incorporated Organisations can apply.
