1. Issue - What do we want to do? 
2. Aim - What is our vision or mission?
3. Objective - What are we going to do, to solve the issue?
4. Need - Is there evidence of need? Does our community want this intervention?
5. Impact - What difference will we make?
6. Budget - How much will this cost to deliver?
